Program of the day :
Morning: presentation in the training room (3h)
Topics covered: history, aerodynamics, rotary wing machines, technology on board the helicopter, navigation, meteorology.
Afternoon: "Pre-flight" visit and dual control flight:
Start-up, warm-up, safety checks, hovering, ground work with transverse movements, rotations... Take-off, cruising flight with a view of the Charente coastline, Fort Boyard, the islands of Madame, Aix,..."Helicopter Pilot Discovery Course

Start-up, warm-up, safety checks, hovering, ground work with transverse movements, rotations... Take-off, cruising flight with a view of the Charente coastline, Fort Boyard, the islands of Madame, Aix, Oléron and Ré, flight variations, approach and landing.
This course is open to all; even to those who are not familiar with the world of aeronautics in general and the helicopter.
The flight is made with the Heli Charentes helicopter.
People who come on the advice of the Tourist Office receive a 10% discount on the prices displayed.
