The cycle routes are expanding and Rochefort Ocean offers two cycling routes and many other trails.
Enjoy the Vélodyssée, a 1,200 km bike route along the Atlantic Ocean, passing through Rochefort Océan! The sections 34 and 35 criss-cross more than 60 kilometers between Châtelaillon-Plage and Marennes-Oléron. The roads are flat here so it's family friendly, even better !
In 2024, Flow Vélo expands its intinary for a total of 400 kms: From Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Dordogne to the Ile d'Aix, our destination benefits from this beautiful cycle route along the river Charente.
Many providers are ready to welcome you and have done everything possible to obtain the label "Accueil vélo" (welcoming sites for cyclists).
So come with or without a bike!
