Antioche Kayak gives beginners' lessons in stand-up paddleboarding and organises a wide range of trips in the company of a guide. Activity accessible to people with a disability. Dates depending on tides. Lessons for complete beginners on the lake.
During the week or during the weekend, 6 to 12 year olds and teenagers are taken care of in Rochefort Ocean: the essential "rendez-vous" of the summer; the beach club! You'll find 3 of them on the beaches in Fouras-les-Bains.
