Historical Defence Service

Library and archives accessible to all (7 km of archives and a reading room).Its mission is to collect, classify, preserve and communicate documents produced by the Navy services located on the Atlantic coast from the north of the Vendée to the Spanish border. To accomplish its missions, it has an archive service, a library, an exhibition room and a conference room open to the public.
