The event is designed to be fun and accessible to all. The Bike & Run is a race that takes place in teams of two competitors with a single mountain bike and a compulsory helmet with the chin strap tightened for each competitor at all times. Registration is by team of two (mixed or not).

10/13 year-olds 4 km
XS race (juniors and over) 10 km (1 loop)
S race (juniors and over) 19 km (2 loops)
