The long-out-of-print brochure on the History of Water, published in 2012, has been re-edited, revised and, above all, supplemented by a long section analysing the challenges of water today and tomorrow.
‘The theme of gardens has a particular resonance today, at a time when ecology, global warming and food are becoming major concerns for the future of the planet and humanity. The panels analyse the variety of gardens, their creation, evolution, disappearance and change of use, highlighting gardens for food and the issues they have always represented’.
