Yann Partisan de l'Art: I've learnt the art of recycling over the years, whether as a carpenter or cabinet-maker, or when renovating my home, and so naturally when creating my paintings, where I design my frames and supports with the aim of fighting waste and creating unique and original pieces that break away from the usual standards. My art can be both abstract and figurative, using a multitude of techniques on different supports (wood, paper, fabric, etc.).
Les Délires de Lulette : Globe Trotter, I've come back to my roots after more than 20 years abroad. I juggle with colours, drawing inspiration from the different elements that surround me, and among my many creations, I've created a numbered series, ‘Les élégantes’, which turns the image of 20th-century women on its head and puts them back in the spotlight. But also different coloured series (Pachamama, geometric drawings...) that my periods living abroad have influenced on various supports. It's an invitation to travel to the Comoros, South America and Iraqi Kurdistan, among other places...
