This story, alternately spoken, chanted and sung in alexandrines to a frenzied rhythm, takes us along in the footsteps of its young protagonists. Thanks to a few seemingly ordinary props and, above all, a panoply of ancient and modern instruments such as the theorbo, lute, musical saw, violin and xiao, Hansel and Gretel's adventure takes a new turn, one that's tastier and happier than in the original story. Ancient musical works mingle with the group's original compositions.
