The L'Accord Parfait lodge, which has occupied these premises since 1843, was founded in 1776. This is 250 years of the history of Freemasonry in
of Freemasonry in Rochefort and its relationship with the city of Colbert. Today, it is the oldest active lodge of the Grande Loge de
of France. This Masonic temple is a listed historic monument and its furnishings are registered. A visit to the Masonic Temple is
"an invitation to travel through time and space, from the 18th century to the present day".

Length of visit: 1 hour minimum for the historical presentation of the temple and library, followed by a time for discussion between visitors and the guide - visitors who wish to do so may leave the site after the historical presentation.
